I can't add to the cart.

You MUST allow cookies to be stored on your computer.  If you BLOCK the cookies or have a cookie BLOCKER, we can't add them to the cart. You might need to reboot after you do this.  

 When will I receive my order?

  • Orders ship out in 5-7 business days. Delivery will depend on the shipping method.

  • We'll e-mail you a tracking number when it ships (check your spam folder if you don't get it).

  • If you need your order fast, use USPS Priority Mail.

  • For international orders, it can take 1-4 weeks to get there.

  • It has been shipped...and will get there soon...

  • USPS Priority Mail is shipped he next Business Day. Don’t count the day you placed the order. It will take between 2-4 days to get there, depending on USPS and the time of year.

  • During most of the year, you will have your order approximately 3-5 business days after you place your order and we'll e-mail you a tracking number when it ships.

  • For international orders, regular international shipping can take 2-4 weeks to get there. Please be patient.

Do you have Overnight or 2 day shipping or Priority Shipping?

Yes, if you pick USPS Priority 2-3 day, it ships the next business day. Order placed on Sunday will ship Monday.

 Can I change my order?

Since most orders are shipped with 24-48 hours, you must email us IMMEDIATELY if you would like us to make any changes to your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping charges are $6.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item. We also offer international shipping for a standardized additional cost based on USPS current rates.  We have a shipping calculator that shows once you put in shirts into the cart.

 I want to send as a gift, can I?

Yes, just let us know it’s a gift.

 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Sorry we do not accept checks or money orders.

 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • We offer both a refund or exchange option (same design only) with in 30 days from receipt. 

  • We offer hassle free exchanges.

  •  All shirts must be UNWASHED and UNWORN with original tags attached.

  • Shipping is not refundable and refunds without an exchange are subject to restocking fees.

 Do you accept PayPal or Checks?

Yes, you can pick PayPal at checkout. We don't accept checks.

 Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, see SHIPPING SCHEDULE!  We offer USPS Priority for your convenience for an additional cost.  Please choose the appropriate method upon checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, We ship internationally. If you do not see your area listed, please email us for consideration. 

How do I contact you?

The best way to contact us and get a fast reply is via email. If you wish to communicate via phone, you can leave us a voicemail, but our phone lines are not always monitored. Our goal is to answer all emails the same day, but we always answer within 24 hours. Email is the best way to get quick communication. 

There is a problem with my order. How do I get it resolved?

Let us know if there is a problem by choosing the appropriate description on our CONTACT US page. We will investigate and do our best to fix the problem. We will ask for a photo to save time. We will do everything we can to make things right. Contact us here.

 ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Depending on your delivery location, country, and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the shipping charge on your order with FUN SHIRTS USA, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. This is something beyond our control. Marking the shirts "GIFT" are not an option as they will charge fees if any
